William Renfrow - Owner/CEO
Founder, Owner & CEO

Graduate of Clemson University with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Technology
As CEO of Renfrow, William is responsible for management of the executive leadership of the company, and also has an active role in the management of its two sister companies. Equipment Sales and Surplus, and OpSource.
Under his guidance and direction the company has grown from 3 employees in 1993 when it was founded to over 300, and it continues to grow and prosper. Originally working mainly in the upstate of South Carolina, the company has recently worked in eleven states and is pursuing international opportunities.
Additionally, Mr. Renfrow is the Father of five children. He is on the Board of Directors for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Board of Directors for Carpenters for Christ, a Deacon in his Church, and a former Board member for Oakbrook Preparatory School. -

W. Jesse Sprinkle IV currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Renfrow Brothers Inc., directing and overseeing the company's financial policies and functions. Mr. Sprinkle has been employed with Renfrow Brothers Inc. since the company's inception in 1993 and serves as advisor to affiliated businesses Operational Resources Inc. (OpSource) and RBI Equipment Sales and Surplus.
In addition to his work at Renfrow Brothers Inc., Mr. Sprinkle actively participates in ministry opportunities in churches and para-church organizations throughout the community. Mr. Sprinkle is an active member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Spartanburg, SC and served as Worship Leader from 1998-2011. Para-Church organizations include Carpenters for Christ, Carolina Pregnancy Center of Spartanburg, and FCA Spartanburg. -
Jeff Dellinger - COO

Jeff currently serves as chief operating officer for RBI overseeing all company operations. In addition to construction operations, he is responsible for corporate functions including the fabrication division, company sales and marketing efforts, estimating and proposal preparation, employee training, and company safety and quality programs. Jeff has more than 23 years experience in the industrial construction industry in a broad spectrum of national and international markets. -
Beth McDaniel

Currently Beth is the Executive Assistant to the President and the Vice Presidents of Renfrow Bros., Inc.. Beth is also responsible for the collections, accounts receivables and banking functions for Renfrow Bros., Inc. and its sister company.
While being a lifelong resident of Spartanburg, Beth attended USC-Spartanburg (now USC Upstate) for business and accounting. Before Beth's 17 years of service to Renfrow Bros., Inc. and its sister companies, she served in the banking business for 9 years.
In addition to her duties with Renfrow Bros., Inc., Beth also serves as treasurer of Carpenters for Christ, and is involved with American Cancer Society and Breast Cancer awareness program fund raisers. -
Michael G. Hart, CPA, CCIFP - Finance

Mike currently serves as the Director of Finance and Accounting for Renfrow Brothers, Inc. and its four sister companies, overseeing all corporate accounting responsibilities. In addition to these responsibilities, he is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the Federal and state tax laws and maintaining cash flow.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration in 2000 and his Masters of Accountancy (Tax) in 2001. After the prerequisite two years' time, he received his CPA license in 2003 and is now licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina. Mike has also obtained the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation, which is the premier designation available for financial professionals in the construction industry.
Prior to his current position, Mike was an auditing manager at Dixon Hughes PLLC in Spartanburg, South Carolina, with ten years of experience. He has more than seven years of experience in the construction industry.
In addition to his work at Renfrow Brothers, Mike actively participates in a variety of civic and charitable endeavors. Currently, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA), and the South Carolina chapter of Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). Mike also has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and the March of Dimes. Additionally, he is a Children’s Church teacher and a member of the Stewardship and Finance committees at Mauldin United Methodist Church in Mauldin, SC. -
Gene Phillips - Purchasing

Gene Phillips currently serves as the Director of Purchasing and Assets for Renfrow Brothers. Gene is responsible for the procurement of all materials, supplies and services. He also assists and oversees the rental of internal and extrenal equipment.
Prior to his current position, Gene served as a Director of Financial Services (accounts payable, accounts recievable, payroll) for Renfrow Brothers. He has 39 years experience in the accounting, purchasing, distribution areas of the construction and polyester industries.
In addition to his work at Renfrow Brothers, Gene is an active member of the East Gaffney Baptist Church, where he currently serves as the chairman of deacons. He is also vice-chairman of the board of directors of Parson's Pantry, an organization that assists pastors, retired pastors, widows of pastors, and married ministerial students. He is also an ambassador of the South Carolina Baptist Foundation. -
Danny Johnson - Electrical

Danny presently serves as Director of the Electrical Department, and is responsible for estimating, project management and monitoring all field related activities. Danny has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry, has owned an electrical contracting company and was President of a $20M electrical company for close to 17 years.
In addition Mr. Johnson also has hands-on experience with power and controls wiring and has experience in estimating, and purchasing. -

John Brasher currently serves as the Equipment Manager for Renfrow Brothers Inc., overseeing all Equipment and Small Tools activity, from initiating orders of new Equipment to the issuing and delivery of Small tools to Project sites. In addition, he is responsible for the Vehicles, which includes the purchasing of new vehicles to our fleet along with maintenance and repairs to existing vehicles. Furthermore, John is over the Logistics for the company, which includes shipping and receiving both materials and Renfrow Brothers owned Equipment and Tools.
Prior to his current position, John was a partner and served as vice-president for RCB Development Inc., a large residential construction company, located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He has more than 21 years experience in the construction industry including residential, commercial and industrial.
In addition to his work at Renfrow Brothers Inc., John has been an active member of North Spartanburg First Baptist church since 1998. -
Kevin Moyer - Business Development

Kevin Moyer currently serves as Director of Business Development for Renfrow Brothers. Mike Scruggs - Estimating

Mike Scruggs currently serves as the Director of Estimating for Renfrow, overseeing the estimating department with a system of checks and balances designed to reduce variations in the bidding process. With close to 20 years of experience, Mr. Scruggs is well versed in the critical stages of project estimating and planning.
Prior to his current position, Mike has served in a variety of managerial positions, such as Project Manager, and Purchasing Manager.
Mike is an active member at Peach Valley Baptist Church. He also assists with coaching youth football and is an avid fisherman. -

Rick currently serves as the Safety Director for Renfrow Brothers Inc., and oversees the company's safety performance. In addition he is a Project Manager currently responsible for about forty employees performing maintenance and capital projects for a large client.
Mr. Harris is OSHA trained in all aspects and carries a General Contracting License. He also holds certifications as an Emergency Medical Technician, Certified Code Welding Inspector, and North American Crane Inspector. His career spans thirty eighty years with thirty four of those being in a Supervisory or Management role.
Rick also participates in the mission ministry and is an active member of Mud Creek Baptist Church in Hendersonville NC. -
Scott Robinson - Fabrication

Scott Robinson currently serves as the Director of Fabrication and Machining for Renfrow Brothers Inc. He is responsible for all shop operations. Scott manages a staff of highly skilled craftsman to support the field operations of Renfrow and provides a like level of service to a roster of independent clients.
Scott draws from a lengthy career as a business owner to head up our Fabrication and Machining divisions. Prior to his current position, Scott served as President of Triad Machine Inc. and Spartan Metalcraft for 17 years. He has more than 25 years experience in the Fabrication and Machining industries, having served a wide range of national and international markets.
In addition to his work at Renfrow Brothers, Robinson is an ordained Minister that travels both nationally and internationally leading worship. He is a Board Member of Fathers House Music and Eighth Day Music. Scott is married to Joni, and the father of Caleb and Logan. When not traveling, he is an active member of First Baptist Spartanburg. He enjoys spending time with family, running, and golf. -

Currently, Terry Messinger is providing electrical and mechanical maintenance support along with meeting project management needs for a variety of industries. Terry has experience working in the Chemical, Textiles, Food, and Recycling Industries. He has extensive experience in Automotive Tier 1 suppliers. In addition, Terry has "A" Licenses in South Carolina for Biological Wastewater and Water. Prior to joining Renfrow Brothers Terry had over 20 years experience in Plant Engineering.
