Vision Statement
Our vision is to be a Christ-centered company with the ability to:
Be a full service Industrial Contractor made up of different technical divisions designed to compliment each other, which in turn helps maximimize the use of all division by our customers.
Be a company large enough to serve our customers wtih excellence but still be able to control and manage in a way that would please God. Provide our customers with excellent service and quality. We will work hard, smart, efficiently, and utilize Christian business principles to make sure we give the very best value for services performed, and make a fair profit in return.
Use Renfrow Brothers as a platform for Christ. Have a 3-fold goal for Christ by ministering to our people in the field, to our staff and to our community. Be able to have the best reputation and relationships with our customers, suppliers, and employees based on fair and equal treatment, using sound Christian principles.
Have a core group within the company who understand the value of seeking God for direction on company decisions by prayer and obedience to God's word. We recognize that God is in control and we seek to be guided by God as a business.
Be able to attract managers and skilled workers who understand the philosophy of the company. We reflect our philosophy through love and respect for one another and a commitment to honesty, integrity, and excellence in all we do.
Always do business in such a way as never to compromise the stand the company takes for Christ.
